Joining Fee

There is a £100 joining fee payable when your child joins Origo FC.

This joining fee secures your child’s place with Origo FC for the 2026/27 season and helps cover:

• Club registration

• League / FA registration where applicable

• Match day kit

• Tracksuit and rain jacket

• Player onboarding and administration

• Any remaining training sessions in the joining month, where applicable and available

• Any remaining matches in the joining month, where applicable and available

The joining fee is payable by all players when joining Origo FC, regardless of the month or date they join.

The joining fee is separate from the monthly subscription.

Origo FC does not usually charge a pro-rata monthly subscription for the joining month because the joining fee includes access to any remaining club activity in that month, where applicable and available.

Once your child has been registered, kit has been ordered, or your child has started attending club activity, the joining fee is non-refundable except where required by law or agreed by the Club in writing.

Monthly Subscription

After the joining month, the monthly subscription is:

£80 per month

The monthly subscription starts from the month following your child’s joining month and continues each month until and including May 2027, unless cancelled in line with the cancellation terms.

For example:

• If your child joins in June 2026, the £100 joining fee is paid in June and the £80 monthly subscription starts from July 2026.

• If your child joins in July 2026, the £100 joining fee is paid in July and the £80 monthly subscription starts from August 2026.

• If your child joins in August 2026, the £100 joining fee is paid in August and the £80 monthly subscription starts from September 2026.

• If your child joins in September 2026, the £100 joining fee is paid in September and the £80 monthly subscription starts from October 2026.

Please note that if your child joins towards the end of a calendar month, their first monthly subscription may be due shortly after joining, as monthly payments begin from the following month.

Monthly payments are usually collected from your nominated card on the 1st of each month.

The monthly subscription is a season membership payment and is not a pay-as-you-go session fee.

Total Membership Cost

The total cost of your child’s membership depends on the month they officially join Origo FC.

The membership cost is made up of:

• A £100 joining fee

• £80 per month from the month after joining until and including May 2027

The total membership cost does not include any optional extras, replacement kit, additional football camps, tournaments, events or services unless specifically stated in writing.

What Membership Includes

Your monthly membership contributes towards the overall running costs of Origo FC and includes access to the Club programme, which may include:

• Weekly team training

• Technical training sessions

• Match day fixtures

• Coaching costs

• Training venue hire

• Match day pitch hire

• League and referee costs

• Equipment and resources

• Club administration

• Player development and Club operations

The expected weekly schedule for the 2026/27 season is one technical training session, one team training session and Saturday match activity, subject to venue availability, league fixtures, weather, staffing, school holidays and operational changes.

Training, fixtures, venues and times may vary during the season due to league fixtures, weather, venue availability, coach availability and other operational factors.

August Payment and Holiday Camp Days

The 3 included holiday camp days are linked to the August 2026 monthly subscription payment.

The August payment is part of the season membership for players whose monthly subscription has started by August.

Although regular team training and fixtures may be reduced or paused during August, the August payment forms part of the overall season cost and helps the Club manage important costs connected with the new season.

As part of the August payment, each eligible Origo FC player will receive access to 3 holiday camp days across Superstar Campz and/or Origo FC holiday camp provision.

These camp days are subject to availability and must be booked in advance through the correct booking process.

The August monthly subscription must be received in full for any booked camp dates to be valid.

If the August payment fails, remains unpaid, or is not cleared, any camp days booked as part of this benefit may be cancelled, suspended or made invalid until payment has been received.

Players who join Origo FC after the August monthly subscription has been taken will not automatically receive the 3 included holiday camp days unless the August subscription is paid in full or the Club agrees otherwise in writing.

Unused camp days have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund, credit or reduction in monthly subscription fees unless agreed by the Club in writing.

Holiday camp days are subject to the separate terms, conditions, policies and procedures of Superstar Campz and/or Origo FC holiday camp provision.

Member Camp Discount

Origo FC members will receive 25% off eligible additional Superstar Campz and/or Origo FC football camp days during the 2026/27 season.

This discount is subject to:

• Camp availability

• Advance booking

• The relevant camp booking process

• Superstar Campz and/or Origo FC camp terms and conditions

• Payment being up to date on the player’s Origo FC membership account

The discount cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or a reduction in monthly subscription fees.

The discount may not be used alongside any other offer, promotion, voucher or discount unless agreed by the Club in writing.

Origo FC Tournaments

Where Origo FC runs internal or club-led tournaments during the season, these may be included as part of membership at no additional cost.

Tournament dates, venues, formats and availability will be confirmed by the Club and may be subject to change.

Tournament participation may be subject to player availability, age group, squad numbers, behaviour, welfare, injury, attendance, coach discretion and operational requirements.

Origo FC tournaments are intended to provide additional opportunities for development, enjoyment and competition. They are not guaranteed on a fixed schedule unless confirmed by the Club in writing.

Season Commitment and Cancellation

Joining Origo FC is a season commitment.

Membership runs until 31st May 2027.

If you wish for your child to leave before the end of the season, you must provide written notice to the Club by email to:

hello@origofc.co.uk

There is a 3-month cancellation notice period.

The 3-month notice period begins from the date written notice is received by the Club.

The Club will aim to acknowledge written cancellation requests within 5 working days.

During the notice period, the normal monthly subscription remains payable.

All payments due during the 3-month cancellation notice period must be cleared in full before your child’s membership can formally end.

Your child may continue to attend training and matches during the notice period, provided all payments are up to date and there are no conduct, welfare or safeguarding concerns.

If you wish for your child to leave immediately rather than continue attending during the notice period, the full 3-month notice payment will still be due.

The Club may consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis, but any variation to the 3-month cancellation period must be agreed by the Club in writing.

Cancellation Rights

Where you register online, by email, by phone, or away from the Club’s premises, statutory cancellation rights may apply.

If cancellation rights apply, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of entering into the agreement.

However, by allowing your child to attend training, matches or Club activity within that 14-day period, you are requesting that the Club begins providing services immediately.

If you cancel after services have started, the Club may charge for services already provided and for any costs already incurred on your behalf, including registration, administration and kit where applicable.

Where kit or items have been personalised, ordered specifically for your child, or cannot reasonably be reused, those costs may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Failed Payments

Parents must ensure that payment details are kept up to date and that payments are made on time.

If a payment fails, our booking system will attempt to collect the payment up to 3 times.

If payment still cannot be collected after these attempts, a £10 administration fee will be added to the account.

This fee covers the additional administration required to manage failed payments, follow-ups and account recovery.

If any payment remains outstanding, the player’s attendance at training sessions, match days, tournaments and Club activity may be suspended until all outstanding amounts have been cleared.

The Club may also withhold kit, camp day access, registration, match involvement or other Club benefits until the account is brought up to date.

Where a family is experiencing genuine difficulty, they must contact the Club as early as possible to discuss the situation.

Any special dispensation, payment arrangement or temporary agreement must be confirmed by the Club in writing.

If outstanding payments remain unpaid after written reminders, the Club reserves the right to seek recovery of the outstanding amount, including through a third-party debt collection agency where necessary.

Missed Sessions and Cancellations

The Origo FC monthly subscription is a season membership payment and is not a pay-as-you-go session fee.

Refunds, credits or reductions are not provided for sessions or fixtures missed by the player due to:

• Illness

• Injury

• Holidays

• Family commitments

• School commitments

• Transport issues

• Other personal reasons

• Choosing not to attend

Training sessions, matches or Club activity may occasionally be cancelled or changed due to circumstances outside the Club’s reasonable control, including bad weather, unsafe playing conditions, venue closures, school or venue restrictions, league fixture changes, opposition availability, referee availability, safeguarding concerns, public health guidance or other operational factors.

Where the Club must cancel or change training, matches or Club activity, the Club will aim, where reasonably possible, to rearrange, replace or adjust activity within the wider season programme. However, this cannot always be guaranteed.

No automatic refund, credit or reduction will be due for occasional cancellations, postponements or changes caused by circumstances outside the Club’s reasonable control.

If the Club is unable to provide a substantial part of the agreed programme over a prolonged period, the Club will review the circumstances and consider a fair and reasonable outcome, which may include replacement activity, credit, or adjustment where appropriate.

In cases of long-term injury or exceptional personal circumstances, the Club may review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Any adjustment is entirely at the Club’s discretion and must be agreed in writing.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Football Programme

Origo FC aims to provide a high-quality coaching environment, with coaching influenced by academy-level standards and delivered within a positive grassroots football setting.

Sessions will be delivered by Origo FC coaches and/or managers, with senior coaching input from the Club’s coaching team.

While the Club aims to provide high-quality coaching and senior coach involvement across the programme, specific coaches, named staff members and coach-to-player ratios may vary due to availability, illness, operational requirements, safeguarding considerations, venue requirements and other factors outside the Club’s control.

The Club reserves the right to make reasonable changes to coaching arrangements during the season where required.

Team Structure, Squad Placement and Playing Time

Origo FC may aim to operate appropriate team structures within each age group, including different playing levels where numbers and league structures allow.

Final team structures, squad sizes, league groups and player placement remain at the discretion of the Club and may change during the season based on player numbers, development needs, league requirements, team balance, attendance, commitment, player welfare, coaching decisions and operational requirements.

Origo FC will make decisions on squad placement, training groups and match day involvement based on what the Club believes is in the best interests of the player, team and overall environment.

Origo FC aims to provide fair and meaningful playing time for players across the season.

At foundation phase age groups, we believe match involvement is an important part of player development.

However, playing time may vary depending on attendance, attitude, behaviour, fitness, injury, squad size, fixture format, league rules, player welfare and coach judgement.

The Club does not guarantee identical playing time in every individual match.

The Club does not guarantee a specific team, position, role, squad placement or exact amount of playing time.

The Club will always aim to provide a positive, fair and development-focused experience, but football decisions remain at the discretion of the Club and coaching team.

Development-First Approach

Origo FC is a development-first football club.

Players are encouraged to compete, be resilient, play with intensity and take pride in their performances, while also having the freedom to express themselves, take risks and learn from their experiences.

Parents and players agree to support the Club’s development-first approach, understanding that match day results are not the sole measure of player progress or team success.

Families joining Origo FC are expected to support the Club’s values and understand that long-term player development, enjoyment, confidence and the right environment are central to the Club’s philosophy.

Kit and Club Clothing

The joining fee includes the kit and clothing items confirmed by the Club for the relevant season.

This includes:

• Match day kit

• Tracksuit and rain jacket

Kit items and sizes are subject to supplier availability.

Parents must provide accurate size information when requested.

Once kit has been ordered, personalised or allocated to a player, it cannot usually be exchanged or refunded unless the item is faulty.

Players are expected to wear the correct Origo FC kit and clothing for training, matches and Club events where required.

Lost, damaged or outgrown kit may need to be replaced at the parent’s cost.

Parent and Player Code of Conduct

All parents, carers, family members and spectators connected to Origo FC must follow the Club’s Code of Conduct at all times.

This applies at training sessions, matches, tournaments, Club events, football camps, online communication, WhatsApp groups, social media and any environment where you are representing or connected to Origo FC.

Parents and spectators must:

• Remember that children play football for fun

• Encourage effort, development and enjoyment, not just results

• Never shout at, criticise, pressure or embarrass any child

• Never coach from the sidelines or give tactical instructions that may confuse players

• Allow the coaches and managers to do their job

• Remain outside the field of play and behind the respect barrier where provided, including at training and match days

• Attend training and matches on time

• Wear the correct kit

• Listen to coaches

• Respect opponents

• Respect referees

• Try their best

• Show good attitude

• Support others

• Play with energy, freedom, growth and joy

The Club reserves the right to take action where a parent, carer, family member, spectator or player behaves in a way that the Club believes is unacceptable, harmful, disruptive or incompatible with the values of Origo FC.

Families who do not align with these standards may have their child’s place reviewed.

Behaviour, Safeguarding and Termination

Origo FC is committed to creating a positive, safe, respectful and child-first football environment.

The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player’s membership where the Club reasonably believes that a parent, carer, family member, spectator or player has acted in a way that is unacceptable, unsafe, disruptive, harmful or incompatible with the values and standards of Origo FC.

This may include, but is not limited to:

• Serious or repeated breaches of the Parent Code of Conduct

• Serious or repeated breaches of the Player Code of Conduct

• Aggressive, abusive, threatening or intimidating behaviour

• Offensive, insulting or discriminatory language or behaviour

• Sideline behaviour that negatively affects players, coaches, referees or other families

• Conduct that damages the reputation or environment of Origo FC

• Safeguarding, welfare or safety concerns

• Incidents involving a player that place other children, coaches, parents or the wider Club environment at risk

• Behaviour that prevents the Club from providing a positive and safe experience for others

Where appropriate, the Club may issue a warning or request a meeting before taking further action.

However, in serious cases, the Club may suspend or terminate membership immediately.

If a player is asked to leave Origo FC due to parent behaviour, spectator behaviour, player behaviour, safeguarding concerns, welfare concerns, or any serious breach of the Club’s Code of Conduct, no refund will be provided for fees already paid.

This includes situations where membership is terminated part way through a month.

Any outstanding payments due at the point of termination must still be cleared in full unless the Club agrees otherwise in writing.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Photography and Filming

Parents must not photograph or film children during training, matches or Club activity without permission from the Club.

This is because other children may be present and you may not have permission from their parents or carers.

Parents must not post photos or videos of other children online without permission.

The Club may occasionally take photos or videos for coaching, safeguarding, promotional or communication purposes, but this will be managed in line with the Club’s consent process and safeguarding responsibilities.

If you do not want your child to be photographed or filmed by the Club, you must inform the Club via your online account here:

https://account.classforkids.io/

Medical, Safeguarding and Welfare

The safety and welfare of children is the Club’s priority.

Parents must provide accurate medical, allergy, emergency contact and welfare information when joining.

Parents must update the Club immediately if any information changes.

Players should not attend training or matches if they are unwell, injured, contagious or unable to participate safely.

The Club may refuse participation if it believes a player is not fit to take part safely.

By joining Origo FC, you give permission for the Club to take reasonable steps in an emergency to protect your child’s welfare, including contacting emergency services if required.

Any safeguarding concerns should be reported to the Club Welfare Officer or designated safeguarding contact.

The Club reserves the right to remove or suspend a player, parent or spectator from activity where it believes there is a safeguarding, welfare, behavioural or safety concern.

Venues and Facilities

Parents and players must respect all venues used by Origo FC.

This includes:

• Following venue rules

• Parking responsibly

• Keeping facilities clean

• Respecting staff and other users

• Using toilets and changing facilities appropriately

• Not causing damage

• Leaving venues in a positive condition

Parents must not leave players unattended at training venues and must always be present, unless agreed with another parent to bring your child to training. This is for safeguarding purposes.

Any damage caused by a player, parent or spectator may be charged to the parent where appropriate.

Changes to the Programme

The Club may need to make reasonable changes to the programme during the season.

This may include changes to training times, training venues, match venues, session formats, age group structure, coaching arrangements, communication systems, league or fixture arrangements.

The Club will give as much notice as reasonably possible where changes are required.

Where a significant change is required, the Club will communicate clearly with parents.

Data Protection and Liability

The Club will collect and use personal information for the purpose of managing your child’s membership, registration, safeguarding, communication, payments, football activity and Club administration.

This may include sharing relevant information with coaches and managers, league officials, County FA / The FA, venues, booking and payment providers, emergency services where required, and safeguarding bodies where necessary.

The Club will only use personal information for legitimate Club purposes and in line with its data protection responsibilities.

The Club will take reasonable steps to provide a safe and appropriate football environment.

Football is a physical activity and carries a risk of injury.

By allowing your child to take part, you accept that normal football-related risks may occur.

The Club is not responsible for loss, damage or injury except where caused by the Club’s negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Parents are responsible for their child’s belongings at all times.
